"When Simon first visited my business he immediately suggested closing my retail shop and spending more time looking after my A grade customers. Eventually after a difficult trading period I listened to Simon. As a result in October 2008 my sales doubled from the previous year (October 2007 £25,000 to October 2008 £50,000).
